Clear rules for using ReformCode.

These terms summarize the operating rules for ReformCode accounts, subscriptions, credits, AI outputs, acceptable use, and support. They should be reviewed with counsel before replacing a signed customer agreement.

Accounts And Access

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, and ensuring that account activity complies with these terms. Team and enterprise administrators are responsible for inviting appropriate members and managing internal access.

Acceptable Use

Do not use ReformCode to attack, disrupt, scrape, or abuse systems without authorization.
Do not submit secrets, credentials, regulated data, or third-party code unless you have the right to process it in ReformCode.
Do not bypass credit, entitlement, rate-limit, sandbox, or security controls.
Do not use generated output without reviewing it for correctness, licensing, security, and fitness for purpose.

Billing, Credits, And Entitlements

Paid subscriptions and credit packs are processed through Stripe. Credits and plan features are subject to the pricing, renewal, expiration, and entitlement rules shown in the product at purchase time. Billing issues should be sent to support@reformcode.com.

AI Outputs And Responsibility

ReformCode provides analysis, recommendations, generated code, reports, and trust signals to assist software decisions. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs, testing changes, complying with licenses and policies, and deciding whether to deploy or rely on results.

Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their submitted code and content. ReformCode retains ownership of the platform, scoring systems, product design, documentation, models, workflows, and aggregate product intelligence, subject to customer agreements.
